Directions - Parking garage address: 115 W. Jefferson Street

Patients actually park around the corner from our office and then enter our office at the back of the building.

Parking garage is on the right side of Jefferson Street between First and Second Street. Please look for the blue parking symbol as a point of reference.

From 64W, 64E, 71S
Merge onto 65S
Take the Jefferson Street, Downtown Exit
Merge to the far right (toward Jefferson Street)
Continue 1.5 blocks on Jefferson Street and turn right into the parking garage after the Hampton Inn

From 65S
Take the Jefferson Street, Downtown Exit
Merge to the far right (toward Jefferson Street)
Continue 1.5 blocks on Jefferson Street and turn right into the parking garage after the Hampton Inn

From 65N
Take the Brook Street Exit
Continue for approximately 3 blocks
Turn left onto Jefferson Street
Continue for approximately 1.5 blocks on Jefferson Street and turn right into the parking garage after the Hampton Inn

Garage to Office
From the first floor, exit the garage to the east (toward the attendant office).
If you DO NOT take the elevator, there will be a small set of stairs leading to our walkway.
If you DO take the elevator, take a left off the elevator, then a right through the glass doors, and another left onto the walkway leading to the office.
The walkway will lead you to the stairs to our office entrance.
