Dr. Chariker places a high value on your comfort and trust. That was the inspiration for his Surgery Center, which offers a far different experience to patients than a hospital environment.

The Surgery Center allows us to provide all of our outpatient procedures in an efficient, convenient, and private environment. There are no long, crowded, endless hallways to travel to get to a recovery room, waiting room, or treatment room. Every stage of your outpatient care takes place within the center. And, discharge occurs dramatically faster than at other facilities. Dr. Chariker’s vision for the center was to help you get home to begin the recovery process as soon as possible.

Our nursing and office staff are permanent, full-time, dedicated professionals working exclusively for the Surgery Center. So, we are able to earn the trust and confidence of you and your child with familiar and compassionate people supporting you for the duration of your treatments. The Surgery Center also employs an exclusive, on-staff anesthesiology group to make sure that you receive all of your care from familiar professionals.

The Surgery Center is completely up-to-date with the most advanced technologies. All members of our staff have the highest qualifications and certifications in their fields and are regularly active with their continuing education.

Dr. Chariker’s Surgery Center is one of the very few free-standing surgery centers that are Medicare–approved.

Unlike hospitals, the total environment of the Surgery Center facilitates efficiency and is dedicated to the privacy and the comfort of you or your child.

Children are encouraged to bring their own toys, games and movies to make their experience as comfortable as possible. The center also provides state of the art electronics in order to make children feel more at home with their treatment.
